Hydrosoft International (HI) has been in business since
1983 developing and implementing advanced finite-element software (DYNA2D,
DYNA3D, NIKE2D, NIKE3D) for use on Intel CPU based computers
under Windows XP and
The HI PC
versions of the 2D & 3D software packages are based on public
domain Lagrangian Finite Element codes developed at the Lawrence Livermore
National Laboratory. They were first
implemented for DOS by HI in 1989 and we have continued the development of
these codes specifically for the PC environment. The current operating systems
that are supported are DOS, WIN95, WIN98, WIN_NT, XP,

DYNA2D is useful for simulating high rate phenomena: shock waves, blast, detonation, impact, penetration, deformation, and initiation. |

The HI implementation of the LLNL codes allows for running DYNA2D on a PC under all Windows, Linux, or UNIX operating systems. |
